We have the power to attract our greatest desires and welcome them into our physical lives, here are five manifestation methods that can help kickstart the process. 

Manifestation is a word that’s becoming more common in our society. Manifestation is the practice of thinking aspirational and positive thoughts, and transforming these beliefs into reality. 

While in the past this may have been deemed superstitious, psychologists are revealing a link between mind and matter, proving the mind has full control on the body, and the daily thoughts and emotions we experience have a significant effect on our lives. 

Joe Dispenza is an international lecturer, researcher, author and educator, most commonly known for his studies based around the subconscious mind. Dispenza explores this science in his book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, stating, “Latest research supports the notion that we have a natural ability to change the brain and body by thought alone, so that it looks biologically like some future event has already happened.” Therefore, if it is possible for us to change our entire brain and body by simply producing a thought, then it is possible to change our attitudes towards life and manifest some of our greatest desires.

It sounds simple and fairly easy; however, most people don’t know where to start. Here are some methods to begin the process of manifestation. 

  1. Scripting

Scripting is an effective manifestation tool used to help people visualise their goals. It can be difficult for some of us to visualise our goals in great detail, therefore scripting can be the perfect exercise to help bring those internal images to life. Scripting and journaling can also help shift our goals from the subconscious world to our reality.

As humans, we tend to dream, overthink and trap the majority of thoughts in our minds where they remain confined. Scripting our thoughts and goals on a page, no matter how out of reach they may seem right now, is the perfect way to welcome our deepest desires into our physical lives. 

Purchasing a journal or notebook can help develop a habit of writing down these goals. A great way to start is by writing a simple ‘day in the life’ snapshot. What would a day in your life look like, having already received the manifestation of your choosing?

  1. Three, Six, Nine Method

In order to utilise this method, you must write down what you are aiming to manifest three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon and nine times at night. This process should remain consistent for 33-45 days in a row. This may sound easy; however, you must remember to set a clear intention/goal. It is not specific enough to simply state ‘I want to be rich’ or ‘I want to be in love’. 

To successfully practise this method, you need to go into extreme detail about these goals so your visualisation is stronger. The hardest part is staying consistent. Setting an alarm for the morning, afternoon and night can be a helpful reminder to stay on track with this method. Consistency is key. 

  1. Manifestation Affirmations

Affirmations is a method that is believed to be one of the most effective ways to change yourself for the better. Affirmations are positive statements that help drown out any negative thoughts. Scientists have stated that positive affirmations help fire up your neural pathways and help retrain your brain and thought patterns. 

In reference to manifesting a goal, affirmations are a great way of boosting your confidence and helping you take real action to achieve these manifestations. This can be practised by writing down affirmations on a page or speaking it out into existence. Either way, the goal is to be nice to yourself. If we believe that we are the best versions of ourselves today and are capable of anything we set our minds too, life will start changing for the better. 

Positive affirmations

  1. Visualisation Meditation

Meditation is becoming more frequently recognised in western society. Usually meditation is known for calming the mind and soul, though it is also extremely effective when used to receive blessings from the universe.

The main intention behind meditation is to rid yourself of all thoughts and be present whilst entering the subconscious mind. An extremely effective way of manifesting your dream reality can be through visualisation meditation. In order to practise this, one must go into a meditative state and imagine they have already received their manifestations. The most important step behind this method is to physically feel the emotion you experience in your visualisation. For instance, if in your visualisation you buy a brand new car, try your best to feel the joy, happiness and any other emotion that experience brings you, and welcome those feelings into your reality.

Not only is this an extremely peaceful experience that most people enjoy, it has many benefits from limiting negative emotions, reducing stress and increasing self awareness. Regardless of what your manifestations are, meditation is a method that not only attracts your greatest desires, but can help you gain a greater perspective on life itself.

  1. Act the part’

This manifestation method is one of the most difficult to practise. Essentially, ‘acting the part’ means pretending. The whole aim of this exercise is to help people experience life the way they would if their manifestation was already true. This practise helps to trick our minds into believing that we are capable of experiencing all the great emotions that come with our manifestations, despite lacking it in our external lives. This ultimately raises our vibration and matches it to what we are manifesting, allowing us to attract much easier. 

Overall this practise can be difficult for some, because you can’t help but notice the obvious fact that you don’t physically have this manifestation, so no point pretending that you do. However, emotions are one of the strongest and most powerful vibrations. By exercising this method, it can help us take actions we never thought possible and live the life we always desired without relying on external factors.

Though this all seems fairly undemanding, it is important to note that it does not come easily. A mistake most people make is acting through desperation. The quantum field will not respond to your manifestations if you possess any ounce of doubt. 

Trust the process, practise gratitude daily, tap into your greater good and focus on bettering yourself as an individual. If you put all these aspects together, start to make small changes to your perspective and attitudes towards life in general, you will have the power to make reality whatever you choose.
